For Endarofta Secondary School, we collected donations to purchase a water pump and large water tanks as buffer storage. Up to now, the available water at the school had to be strictly rationed, as a continuous supply was not possible. Although there was already a well, without the right pump and sufficiently large storage tanks the water could not be reliably pumped and made available for everyday school life.

Thanks to the wonderful support of our donors, we were able to reach the fundraising goal. The pump and the water storage tanks have now been purchased and installed directly on site by qualified professionals.

The implementation of this project means a major improvement for Endarofta Secondary School: the students now have continuous and unlimited access to clean drinking water, and the rationing that was previously necessary is a thing of the past. This also opens up new possibilities for the school garden and the school’s general supply. For example, the new sanitary facilities have been connected directly to the water system.

We are very pleased that this important project could be carried out together with you, and we would like to thank everyone who supported us — especially all donors who took part in the GGEW crowdfunding campaign. With your help, an important step for the future of the school has been achieved!
