Thanks to a generous donation from Automobile Gath in Heppenheim and the support of students from Starkenburg-Gymnasium in Heppenheim, a much-needed clinic room was established at Endarofta Secondary School, available separately for boys and girls.

These important facilities were created by renovating an old dormitory, which now serves as a retreat for students when they need medical care.

This essential space was created through the renovation of an old dormitory, now serving as a refuge for students needing medical attention.

The new nursery includes two separate rooms, each equipped with beds and basic medical supplies such as medications, bandages, malaria tests, and a blood pressure monitor. This equipment allows for quick and necessary medical assistance on-site, which was previously unavailable.

Special attention was also given to the needs of the girls. They received reusable pads, providing better hygiene, safety, and comfort during their period.

Before establishing this clinic room, Endarofta Secondary School had no way to care for sick students on-site. In case of illness, children had to go to the hospital, which many families could not afford. In Germany, it is standard for every school to have a clinic room—now, thanks to the support of the Gath family and students of Starkenburg-Gymnasium, Endarofta Secondary School also has this important facility, contributing significantly to students’ health and well-being locally.

A heartfelt thank you again for the donations.
